Delinquent Excise Tax Bills
The TOWN OF RANDOLPH has assigned all delinquent
excise tax bills to Deputy Collector Daniel P. Kelley.
All of our records are at his office.
If you require a release for the Registry of Motor Vehicles:
Call his office for the balance required to be paid
before a release will be initiated.
If you have a current letter showing a balance due,
this step may be omitted.
Mail a registered check or bank money order to:
P.O. Box 203
Milford, MA 01757
The deputy will not accept personal checks.
A release will be called into the Registry on the following day.
In an emergency situation, you may visit the deputy’s office with
payment as above or the exact amount of cash.
He is located at:
Brockton City Hall
45 School Street, Room B4
Hours: 8:30 - 4:30, Weekdays
DIRECTIONS: Take Rte. 28 South from Randolph Square past Randolph Town Hall (on right). Continue through lights at Avon Square, bearing left onto Rte. 28 South. Pass Wal-Mart, on left, and continue through light at McDonald’s in Brockton. Continue straight ahead through several sets of lights, until you reach the Rte. 123 (Centre Street) intersection. After crossing the intersection, you will see Brockton City Hall (large, orange, castle-like building) ahead on the right. Take a right, just before the building, onto Lincoln Street. There is large, metered parking lot across from City Hall (meters use quarters). Go up the outside stairway, enter the building and go down to the lower level. Turn right and proceed to the last door on left (Room B4). It is approximately 5.5 miles from Randolph Town Hall to Brockton City Hall.
You may then proceed to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, 490 Forest Avenue (at the Brockton Fairgrounds) to renew your license and/or registration.
